These Terms of Service govern your use of americancalibrations.com (the “Site”) and any website-based request for information or service. The Site is owned and operated by American Calibrations (“American Calibrations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
American Calibrations is a mobile ADAS diagnostics and calibration provider based in Garner, North Carolina. We serve business partners such as collision repair centers, auto glass companies, dealerships, and rental fleets at qualifying partner facilities. We do not operate a customer-facing retail location.
Our services may include pre- and post-repair diagnostics, static calibration, and dynamic calibration. Sensor or module coding and initialization are included only when required as part of a calibration procedure. We do not offer general ECU programming, ECU tuning, key programming, or immobilizer programming.
Submitting a form, calling us, or sending vehicle information is a request for review and does not by itself create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or confirm that we support a particular vehicle.
We may require the VIN, repair details, service location, requested service, and other information before confirming coverage. Vehicle support depends on manufacturer procedures, available equipment and software, vehicle condition, and the conditions required for the applicable calibration. Static calibration may require suitable level workspace. Dynamic calibration may depend on vehicle, road, traffic, and weather conditions.
Scheduling is subject to confirmation. We may reschedule or decline a job when required information, access, workspace, vehicle condition, safety conditions, or manufacturer procedure requirements are not satisfied.
The requesting business is responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle, repair, claim, contact, and location information. It must have authority to request the service and provide access to the vehicle and facility.
Before the appointment, the partner must disclose known vehicle damage, diagnostic issues, modifications, warning indicators, access restrictions, and other facts that may affect the requested work. The partner is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and suitable condition for the required procedure and that necessary repair work has been completed.
Website content does not constitute a binding price quote. Pricing and payment terms will be stated in an accepted estimate, work authorization, invoice, account agreement, or other written communication applicable to the job.
The requesting business is responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes. Any cancellation, rescheduling, additional diagnostic work, or return-visit terms will be communicated before they are applied whenever reasonably practicable. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a specific job, the written service agreement controls for that job.
If you expressly opt in, we may send service-related text messages, including scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, job updates, and customer-support communications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number supplied. See our Privacy Policy for information about SMS data.
You represent that information and files submitted through the Site are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. Do not upload malicious code or information unrelated to the requested service.
You grant American Calibrations a limited right to use, store, reproduce, and share submitted information and materials only as reasonably necessary to review, schedule, perform, document, bill, support, or comply with legal obligations related to the requested service.
The Site and its original text, design, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to American Calibrations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
You may not use the Site to violate law; interfere with Site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malware; impersonate another person or company; submit false or misleading requests; harvest information; or use automated means that place an unreasonable burden on the Site.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the Site, our business, or others.
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. American Calibrations is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
The Site is provided for general business information and service-request purposes. Site content does not replace vehicle-specific manufacturer procedures, a physical inspection, diagnostic testing, an estimate, or a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may correct, update, or remove Site content at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, American Calibrations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability arising from an actual calibration or diagnostic service may also be governed by the estimate, work authorization, invoice, account agreement, or other written terms applicable to that service.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Calibrations and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, or submission of information or materials that you were not authorized to provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written service agreement form the agreement governing the matters they address.
